Aaaccchhhhhh! Hiking in the heat is terrible! Get some salt/electrolytes to go along with the water!

Absolutely! I have to be more diligent at adding electrolytes to my liters of water.

I've been using pink Himalayan salt. A pinch under my tongue in the morning, evening, and if needed during the day. Haven't had cramps since Joyce Kilmer!
